Position Title: Indoor Sales Agent – Travel & Tourism (4 vacancies) Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 6,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus commission Job Location: Dubai About the Client: A Dubai-based travel company with more than 20 years of experience delivering exceptional holiday experiences worldwide Job Description: • Handle customer inquiries and actively promote and sell holiday packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations, tours, and other travel-related services. • Understand customers’ travel requirements and recommend suitable packages, destinations, and services while maximizing sales opportunities. • Prepare quotations, follow up on leads and inquiries, and convert prospective customers into confirmed bookings while achieving assigned sales targets. • Maintain strong customer relationships, provide excellent pre- and post-sales support, and coordinate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure smooth bookings.

Requirements
• Arabic speakers, aged 33 and below • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the travel, tourism, holiday packages, or related hospitality sector. • Strong sales and customer service skills with a proven ability to convert inquiries into bookings and achieve monthly targets; Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills; additional languages and UAE travel & tourism experience are advantageous. • Good knowledge of travel products, destinations, holiday packages, flight, and hotel bookings; familiarity with GDS/reservation systems is an advantage.
