The Role Job Title Client & Project Executive Department Sales & Marketing Reporting Job Purpose/Summary Head of Sales & Marketing The Project Manager in the Sales Department will oversee and coordinate all projects arising from confirmed sales orders — ensuring timely execution, cost efficiency, and adherence to client specifications. This role acts as the vital link between clients, the sales team, design, production, and installation departments, ensuring each project is delivered to premium standards of quality and finish. Key Responsibility • Project Execution: Manage the full project lifecycle — from order confirmation to delivery and installation — ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. • Client Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for clients after order confirmation, ensuring clear communication, technical clarifications, and progress updates. • Technical Understanding: Interpret drawings, material specifications, and finish requirements related to metal fabrication (e.g., cladding systems, metal doors, furniture, custom elements). • Internal Liaison: Work closely with the design, production, procurement, and site installation teams to coordinate schedules and resolve technical or logistical issues. • Timeline & Budget Control: Develop project schedules and cost tracking sheets; monitor progress to ensure efficient resource utilization and cost control. • Quality Assurance: Ensure all fabricated elements meet company quality standards, client expectations, and technical compliance. • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, client correspondence, shop drawings, progress reports, and approvals. • Post-Completion: Conduct project reviews to analyze JOB ` performance, client feedback, and lessons learned for process improvement.
Requirements Skills/Competencies Interior Design and Architecture background with technical understanding of the job. Good management and communication skills. Driving license required. Experience 2 To 4 years of experience in a similar role
