The Role We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Property Consultant to join our thriving real estate team in Dubai. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate the property market, identify the best investment opportunities, and facilitate successful property transactions. Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. - Provide expert advice on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities in Dubai. - Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process. - Negotiate contracts and terms on behalf of clients to ensure favorable outcomes. - Collaborate with developers, legal teams, and financial institutions to streamline transactions. - Keep abreast of real estate market trends, new listings, and regulations in Dubai. - Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation and follow-up strategies.
Requirements - Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar real estate role within Dubai or the UAE market. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach. - Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully. - Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
