The Role Job Description : We are seeking hardworking and physically fit General Helpers to support daily operations at construction sites, warehouses, facilities, and other work locations in Dubai. The candidate will assist skilled workers and supervisors with material handling, loading and unloading, cleaning, housekeeping, and other general duties while following company and UAE site safety requirements. Key Responsibilities : Assist skilled workers, technicians, and supervisors with daily work activities. Load, unload, move, and arrange materials, tools, and equipment. Assist with construction, maintenance, warehouse, or general site activities as assigned. Carry and handle materials safely according to instructions. Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of work areas. Collect and dispose of waste and unwanted materials safely. Assist in preparing and organizing tools and materials before work starts. Support workers during installation, repair, construction, and maintenance activities. Follow instructions from the Foreman, Supervisor, or Site In-Charge. Use basic hand tools safely when required. Follow company policies, site rules, and UAE HSE requirements. Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. Report unsafe conditions, damaged tools, or workplace hazards to the Supervisor. Perform other general duties assigned by the Supervisor or management.
Requirements Key Skills : Physically fit and able to perform manual work. Good teamwork and ability to follow instructions. Basic knowledge of safety and PPE. Reliable, disciplined, and hardworking. Basic English communication preferred. Able to work outdoors and in demanding conditions. Required Experience, Education & Skills Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience. Education: Basic education preferred. UAE/GCC construction or site experience is an advantage. No specific trade certificate required. Physically fit and medically fit for manual work. Willing to work shifts and follow site requirements.
