The Role We are seeking an experienced Camp Boss to oversee the daily operations and management of our camp facilities in the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, efficient, and comfortable living and working environment for all camp residents, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and hospitality. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise daily camp and accommodation operations. * Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and proper maintenance of rooms and common areas. * Supervise kitchen, catering and dining operations. * Manage employee welfare, discipline and accommodation-related complaints. * Monitor and report alcohol, prohibited items and misconduct as per company policy. * Conduct regular camp inspections and maintain camp records. * Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, security and other camp services. * Handle employee transportation and drive company vehicles when required. * Ensure compliance with company HSE, safety and accommodation policies. * Prepare daily/weekly camp reports and escalate serious issues to management. Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Requirements - Proven experience as a Camp Boss or similar role in the hospitality or facilities management sector. - Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and supervise staff. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards and regulations. - Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus. - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently. - Familiarity with budgeting and procurement processes. - Flexibility to reside on-site and work extended hours when required.
