Requirements * Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline; a Masters degree or MBA is preferred. * 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3-5 years in an HR Business Partner or HR leadership capacity. * Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and delivering strategic HR initiatives within complex organizations. * Strong expertise in organizational development, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and change management. * Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR technologies.
