The Role Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Company: Finkraft.ai Employment Type: Full-time, subject to UAE/DIFC work authorization Priority: Immediate joiners preferred About the Role Finkraft.ai is looking for a Delivery Manager who can take ownership of customer/project delivery and ensure that commitments are completed on time and to the expected standard. The role requires strong coordination between customers, internal teams, and business stakeholders. What Youll Do Manage delivery • Own project and delivery timelines • Define tasks, owners, dependencies, and deadlines • Track project progress against commitments • Identify delays and risks early Coordinate teams • Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery • Conduct regular project reviews • Resolve dependencies and bottlenecks • Escalate critical issues when required Manage customers • Maintain regular communication with customers • Understand delivery expectations • Manage escalations and concerns • Ensure customer commitments are tracked and fulfilled Improve delivery processes • Create and maintain delivery SOPs • Track delivery KPIs • Conduct post-delivery reviews • Identify recurring issues and improve processes
Requirements What Were Looking For Were interested in candidates who have personally managed projects, customers, delivery teams, or operational programs. Experience in SaaS, technology, fintech, consulting, or B2B environments is preferred. Requirements • Proven delivery/project management experience • Strong stakeholder-management skills • Experience managing multiple projects or customers • Strong organizational and follow-up skills • Comfortable working with dashboards and project-management tools • Strong problem-solving ability • Ability to work under deadlines What We Dont Want • Candidates who have only performed administrative project tracking • Candidates who avoid customer ownership • Candidates who cannot manage multiple priorities • Candidates who require continuous supervision Compensation & Growth This role reports into the Business/Operations function and has a clear growth path toward larger delivery and customer-operations responsibilities. Compensation will be discussed based on experience and fit.
