The Role We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Plastic Surgeon to join our prestigious Aesthetic Clinic in Dubai. In this role, you will provide expert surgical care and aesthetic treatments to enhance patients confidence and wellbeing, utilizing the latest techniques and technologies in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Responsibilities: - Perform a wide range of plastic and reconstructive surgeries including cosmetic procedures to meet patient needs and expectations. - Conduct thorough patient consultations to understand their goals and provide expert advice on treatment options. - Develop personalized surgical plans ensuring high standards of safety and patient care. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless patient care. - Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and follow up on post-operative care to monitor recovery and address any complications. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in plastic surgery techniques and aesthetic medicine through continuous education and professional development. - Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and clinic protocols to uphold patient safety and quality standards.
Requirements - Medical degree with specialization in Plastic Surgery from a recognized institution. - Valid DHA medical license to practice in the UAE. - Proven experience as a Plastic Surgeon, preferably with a focus on aesthetic procedures. - Exceptional surgical skills with a strong understanding of current trends and technologies in aesthetic medicine. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with patients and team members. - Commitment to providing empathetic and personalized patient care. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard clinical environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
