The Role Position Title: Sales Manager – Legal Services Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: Up to 15,000 depending on experience and qualification plus competitive commission Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A dynamic and growing professional services firm based in the UAE, providing specialized legal and business solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients. Job Description: • Lead the daily performance of the sales team, setting individual/team KPIs, conducting pipeline reviews, coaching underperformers, developing top performers, and building a strong culture of continuous sales training and role-play. • Own and optimize the complete sales funnel from lead generation through payment, ensuring disciplined CRM usage, consistent follow-ups, strong qualification, and identifying and resolving conversion gaps. • Continuously improve sales performance through call reviews and coaching on scripts, objection handling, follow-up and closing techniques, while personally supporting difficult and high-value deals when required. • Take full ownership of monthly sales targets, revenue collection and forecasting, while working closely with lawyers to ensure services are presented accurately and the sales team makes no inappropriate promises regarding legal outcomes.
Requirements • Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams, with direct ownership of revenue targets and team performance. • Strong background in high-ticket, consultative sales within legal, immigration, real estate, business setup, financial, consulting, or other professional services. • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets, improving lead-to-client conversion, and driving measurable sales growth through effective closing and follow-up strategies. • Hands-on expertise in CRM systems, pipeline management, forecasting, KPIs, sales training, call coaching, objection handling, and performance optimization. UAE/Dubai market experience is highly preferred.
