Requirements The successful candidate should have the following: * Recruitment Consulting experience with In-House Legal professionals or a Sales professional with working knowledge of the Legal profession and an interest in a career change to Recruitment * Track record of building client partnership relationships and tailoring recruitment solutions to meet the needs of a varied client base. * Demonstrable loyalty and success. * Track record of building and managing relevant and successful, mutually beneficial relationships * Excellent time management and organisational skills * Collaborative approach with a passion for delivering top quality service
