The Role
Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally and efficiently. Communicate with patients in Arabic and English. Schedule and coordinate patient appointments. Perform and/or assist with insurance eligibility checks and verify insurance coverage. Demonstrate good knowledge of health insurance procedures and requirements. Handle patient enquiries related to medical and aesthetic treatments. Promote services through effective telephone communication. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant medical and aesthetic services. Follow up with leads and existing patients to maximize appointment conversions. Maintain accurate patient and call records. Provide a high standard of customer service and patient experience. Have Sales Experience

Requirements
Arabic speaker – mandatory. Previous clinical/healthcare experience is required. Experience in medical and aesthetic services, preferably within a day surgery centre, clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of insurance eligibility checks and insurance processes. Proven sales and conversion skills, preferably in a healthcare or medical environment. Experience with upselling and cross-selling over the phone. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal, communication, follow-up and customer service skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
