Requirements Position Title: Influencer Manager - Retail Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 1,500 BHD inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Kuwait About the Client: A leading fashion group in Kuwait, known for its growing international portfolio of women’s apparel. Qualifications: - Open to Arabic nationals aged 45 or below, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, digital marketing, or brand partnerships, preferably within fashion, beauty, luxury, lifestyle, or retail. - Strong existing network of influencers and content creators in Kuwait and/or the GCC, with proven experience managing influencer campaigns from identification and negotiation through execution and reporting. -Fluent Arabic is mandatory, along with strong English communication skills and a strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and emerging social media platforms, particularly regional content and influencer trends. -Commercially confident in negotiating influencer rates, contracts, deliverables, exclusivity, and brand ambassador agreements. Jordanian candidates are preferred, with a strong understanding of Kuwait/GCC influencer culture and Arabic-speaking audiences.
