Position Title: E-Commerce Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary (KWD): inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: annual bonus based on performance plus benefits accordance to Kuwait’s labor Law Job Location: Salmiya, Kuwait About the Client: A leading fashion group in Kuwait, known for its growing international portfolio of women’s apparel. Job Description: ? Own the e-commerce growth strategy and commercial performance, driving online revenue, traffic, conversion, AOV and profitability. ? Lead CRM, customer lifecycle and retention strategies, including segmentation, loyalty, personalization, email/SMS and marketing automation. ? Manage digital acquisition and performance marketing, optimizing paid channels, CAC, ROAS, conversion funnels and overall customer journey. ? Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, IT and Operations on online trading, product launches, promotions and continuous platform optimization.

Requirements
Qualifications: ? Min 5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, digital growth, CRM, performance marketing or online commercial management, preferably within fashion, luxury retail. ? Strong experience working with a large-scale fashion/lifestyle e-commerce business or marketplace. ? Strong hands-on knowledge of CRM, customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, loyalty, retention and marketing automation. ? Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer acquisition, CRO, digital merchandising, UX/customer journey and e-commerce analytics.
