The Role Position Title: Sales Manager – Legal Services Employment Type: Full Time Salary: Up to AED 6,500 depending on experience and qualifications plus attractive commission Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A dynamic and growing professional services firm based in the UAE, providing specialized legal and business solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients. Job Description -Lead business development and sales activities for the firm, with primary responsibility for generating new clients, increasing revenue, and expanding the firms corporate client portfolio. -Develop and execute sales strategies targeting companies, business owners, investors, SMEs, and key decision-makers requiring legal, corporate, compliance, and related professional services. -Own and manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and prospecting through client meetings, proposals, negotiations, closing, and ongoing account development. -Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and referral network while consistently achieving monthly and annual revenue targets and identifying opportunities for cross-selling legal services.
Requirements Qualifications -Proven UAE sales/business development experience within a law firm or legal services environment is mandatory. -Strong track record of client acquisition, revenue generation, negotiation, and closing B2B legal services, with measurable sales achievements. -Strong existing UAE network of business owners, SMEs, investors, corporate decision-makers, referral partners, and professional services contacts is highly preferred. -Commercially driven and target-oriented, with the ability to independently develop sales strategies, manage pipelines, build client relationships, and contribute directly to the firms revenue growth. -Previous experience in a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Legal Business Development, or similar revenue-generating role within a law firm is strongly preferred.
