The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our Financial Director and other senior management to diagnose business performance issues, benchmark industry standards, and provide actionable insights to drive client success. This role requires a strong background in financial analysis, business performance evaluation, and client engagement.
Requirements Bachelors degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, CIMA) preferred. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, or in a similar analytical role within a consulting environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. Experience in benchmarking and performance analysis, with a solid understanding of industry standards and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and develop effective solutions. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI). Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and excellence.
