The Role Position Title: Maintenance Technician Employment Type: Full Time Salary: Up to 6,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus company car Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A well-known restaurant group with unique concepts across Middle East. Job Description: - Respond promptly to breakdowns at F&B outlets, conducting on-site repairs for kitchen appliances, refrigeration units, and MEP systems. - Diagnose and resolve electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues to minimize operational downtime. - Support routine checks and repairs to ensure all equipment and systems operate efficiently. - Coordinate with outlet managers on maintenance needs, document actions taken, and update records at the head office.
Requirements Qualifications: - Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with at least 1 year of UAE experience in a similar role within F&B outlets/restaurants. - Valid UAE driver’s license. - Strong knowledge of repairing and maintaining commercial kitchen appliances and systems. - Hands-on expertise in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry works.
