The Role We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for measuring and mapping land features to support our development projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations. Responsibilities: - Conduct detailed land surveys using the latest equipment and technology. - Prepare and analyze survey data to create precise maps and reports. - Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide surveying information. - Ensure all survey activities comply with UAE regulatory standards and safety guidelines. - Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments and equipment. - Resolve any discrepancies found during surveys and provide practical recommendations. - Keep detailed records of surveys and related fieldwork for client and company use.
Requirements - Proven 3/5 Years experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry. - Strong knowledge of surveying methods, tools, and relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS). - Familiarity with UAE land laws, regulations, and construction standards. - Excellent analytical and numerical skills with keen attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. - Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders. - Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel to different survey sites.
