The Role
We are seeking a skilled Production Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing production processes, ensuring high-quality manufacturing standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities: - • Monitor shop floor giving same importance to the Safety as production output • Review drawings, order release form and demonstrate effectively to the supervisors or team leader. • Prepare and improve Work Instruction, Risk Assessment for major manufacturing utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards • Analyze and plan work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency • Coordinate with Planning and Stores for material movement and execution of the plan • Review and update daily Work Orders released by Planning • Ensure the efficient execution of all services in compliance with the order release form and work closely with all departments on fulfilling delivery requirement • Update raw material consumption and analyze the performance daily • Report machine breakdown and coordinate with Facility to ensure machines/equipment are available for production • Monitor and analyze performance of men and machines • Lead by example, train and guide the production team of 100+ employees • Prepare and update ISO documentations/SOP for production • Participate and motivate employees for tool box meeting with the team and related departments • Effective participation in 5S, and any Quality and HSE initiatives • Prepare and release weekly shift schedule, and assign the tasks to the team daily

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience as a Production Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze process data. - Knowledge of quality control standards and safety regulations. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Proficiency with production management software and tools. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
