About the Role We are looking for a highly presentable, energetic and commercially driven B2B Sales & Onboarding Executive who combines three key strengths: 1. E-commerce platform knowledge 2. Face-to-face B2B sales 3. Customer onboarding and training This is a hands-on, customer-facing position, not a desk-based e-commerce role. The successful candidate will visit potential business customers, demonstrate our digital e-commerce solution, convert them into customers, and then personally onboard and train their teams to use the platform effectively. Key Responsibilities B2B Sales & Business Development * Visit potential business customers throughout the UAE. * Conduct professional face-to-face presentations and platform demonstrations. * Meet business owners, managers and senior decision-makers. * Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline. * Understand each customer’s requirements and demonstrate how the platform can improve their business. * Follow up prospects and convert opportunities into active customers. E-Commerce Platform Knowledge * Understand how modern e-commerce platforms and digital purchasing systems operate. * Confidently demonstrate platform features and functionality. * Understand online catalogues, customer accounts, quotation processes, ordering systems and the overall digital customer journey. * Translate technical functionality into clear commercial benefits for customers. Customer Onboarding & Training * Take responsibility for the customer following the sale. * Onboard new customers onto the platform. * Provide face-to-face and online platform training. * Train customers and their teams on how to navigate and use the system. * Ensure customers are comfortable and confident using the platform independently. * Follow up after onboarding to encourage active platform usage. * Provide additional training or assistance when required. * Communicate customer feedback and requirements to the internal team.

Requirements
Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is someone who can manage the complete customer journey: Prospecting ? Face-to-Face Meeting ? Platform Demonstration ? Sale ? Onboarding ? Training ? Active Customer You should be: * Highly presentable and professional * Confident meeting senior and high-profile clients * Very well spoken with excellent command of English * Energetic, ambitious and proactive * Comfortable approaching new businesses and developing relationships * Technically confident and able to learn digital platforms quickly * Strong at presentations and product demonstrations * Target-driven and commercially minded * Comfortable travelling around the UAE for customer meetings Please Note This position requires someone who already understands the UAE business environment and can start developing customer relationships quickly. Candidates without UAE work experience will automatically be rejected.
