The Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving team in Dubai. In this role, you will leverage your industry expertise and professional network to source, attract, and place top talent across various sectors. As a key player in our recruitment division, you will manage the full recruitment cycle and build strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure the best match for all parties involved. Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals. - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. - Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients. - Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process between clients and candidates. - Mentor and support junior recruitment consultants to enhance overall team performance. - Achieve and exceed recruitment targets consistently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements - Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in a senior or lead role. - In-depth knowledge of recruitment techniques and talent acquisition best practices. - Strong network within relevant industries and a track record of successful client and candidate management. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. - Results-driven with a passion for delivering outstanding recruitment solutions. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. - Familiarity with UAE labor laws and recruitment regulations is an advantage.
