The Role Universal Rubber Belt Manufacturing is looking for a Sales Administrator / Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and manage the administrative process from quotation through order processing and delivery. The role will ensure that customer requests, quotations, orders, deliveries and sales-related issues are properly recorded, followed up and coordinated with the relevant internal teams. • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Prepare and issue customer quotations based on approved pricing. Maintain accurate records of all quotations and customer requests. Track open quotations and follow up with the Sales Executive on pending opportunities. Receive and process confirmed customer orders. Verify product codes, quantities, prices, payment terms and delivery information. Enter and maintain customer orders in the ERP/CRM system. Coordinate with warehouse, production, finance, logistics and sales teams. Check stock availability and update the sales team accordingly. Arrange and coordinate customer deliveries. Follow up on dispatches and confirm successful delivery. Track partial deliveries, pending items and delayed orders. Follow up and coordinate resolution of customer issues. Maintain customer information and sales records. Track open actions and ensure deadlines are followed. Assist customers with order status, delivery information, documentation and basic inquiries. Prepare regular reports. Support the Sales Executive with day-to-day sales administration.
Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales administration, sales coordination, order processing or a similar role. Good written and spoken English. Arabic is an advantage. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Good attention to detail. Experience preparing quotations and processing customer orders. Experience coordinating with warehouse, logistics or delivery teams. Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Experience using ERP or CRM systems is preferred. Previous experience in manufacturing, distribution, industrial products, automotive products or wholesale is preferred. Able to manage multiple quotations, orders and customer requests at the same time. Good communication and customer service skills. Proactive and able to identify and follow up on pending issues without constant supervision.
