The Role Position Title: DCDP Hot & Cold Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 4,500 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A high-end casual dining restaurant based in Dubai. Job Description: Support the CDP in preparing and cooking menu items across both hot and cold kitchen sections. Handle daily mise en place for grilled/sautιed dishes, sauces, pasta, salads, appetizers and other hot and cold preparations. Follow recipes, portioning and plating standards while ensuring timely preparation during busy service periods. Maintain kitchen cleanliness, proper food storage, stock rotation and food safety/hygiene standards.
Requirements Male, aged 2836 years Minimum 2 years UAE experience as DCDP in hot and cold kitchen sections. Experience in casual dining, cafι, or all-day dining operations. Basic HACCP/food hygiene knowledge and strong teamwork skills.
