Job Role: The Workplace Coordinator is the central point of contact for the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, excellent front-desk service, and efficient facilities coordination. This role blends administrative excellence with workplace support, vendor coordination, and client-facing responsibilities to maintain a productive, organized, and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: *Front Desk & Guest Management: Ensure reception coverage during business hours, providing a professional and welcoming experience for clients, visitors, and colleagues. *Act as the primary host and ambassador for the workplace and the first point of contact for employees, visitors and clients *Manage the end-to-end visitor journey – guest registration, workplace orientation, meeting room readiness and hospitality arrangements *Ensure reception, collaboration spaces, meeting rooms and client-facing areas are maintained to exceptional presentation standards, including meeting room and seating set-ups *Follow SOPs to align with other client offices *Primary point of contact for workplace requests, office services and day-to-day operational support *Monitor workplace services including cleaning, waste management, office supplies and general building operations *Maintain workplace records, vendor documentation and operational reports as required *Stock management and replenishment of pantry (snacks and drinks), cleaning supplies and stationery *Coordinate workspace, locker and parking allocations where applicable *Support workplace health & safety activities, emergency procedures and business continuity requirements (willing to undertake First Aid and Fire Warden training) *Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly and identify opportunities to improve workplace services and operational efficiency

Requirements
*2–3 years experience in hospitality, workplace experience, customer service or office coordination; strong interpersonal skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)." *Diploma or Associate Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field (preferred). *Experience within the Facilities Management field is preferable.
