The Role • Lead the overall Cost Control function at corporate/head office level. • Oversee cost management across the company’s projects and portfolio. • Monitor budgets, commitments, actual costs, forecasts, and cost performance. • Establish and implement company-wide cost control procedures and standards. • Review project cost reports, identify variances, and provide strategic recommendations. • Lead cost forecasting, cash flow projections, and financial performance analysis. • Work closely with Commercial, Finance, Planning, Procurement, and Operations. • Present cost performance and key risks to senior management. • Lead and develop the Cost Control team.
Requirements • 20+ years of experience in Cost Control within a major contracting/construction firm. • Proven experience at Director / Head of Cost Control level. • Recent GCC experience • Head Office-based candidates
