The Role Manage contractor maintenance, cleaning, and RRRU works across Foul Water, SGW, and TW systems. Ensure availability, reliability, and maintainability of DNO&M assets. Supervise contractor performance and ensure contractual compliance. Review and optimize preventive maintenance and repair schedules. Drive initiatives to improve maintenance efficiency, cost, and service availability. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, breakdowns, and flooding events. Ensure timely response and resolution of emergencies and customer-related incidents. Review tender documents and lead the RRRU project lifecycle. Support engineers on commercial matters and contract risks. Ensure compliance with EAMS, DNO&M procedures, and asset management processes.
Requirements Minimum Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant Subject Education qualification obtained from North America, West Europe, Australia Holder of Chartered Membership in relevant discipline (e.g. Engineering) would be an advantage. Minimum 10 years cumulative experience of Drainage Networks including 3 years managing contractors and leading a team. Experience of working in a multidisciplinary Organization preferably in the Middle East.
