The Role Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial real estate market. Handle commercial property sales and leasing transactions. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and clients. Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and follow-ups with prospective clients. Understand market trends, property values, and current commercial opportunities. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and other business development activities. Achieve individual sales and leasing targets while maintaining a high level of customer service. Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and property transactions.
Requirements Up to 5 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate. Strong knowledge of the Dubai commercial property market is preferred. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional. Ability to build and maintain a strong client network. Indian nationality preferred. Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
