The primary purpose of this role is to lead the construction supervision team and serve as the principal site authority, ensuring technical excellence, contractual compliance, and high-quality project delivery. The role is responsible for overseeing site activities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, project requirements, and applicable regulations. General Responsibilities: - Provide direct support to the Project Manager in strategic planning, execution oversight, and project closeout. -Lead and manage the site supervision team (Engineers, Inspectors, QS, and Planning) to ensure consistent technical standards and support professional development. - Act as the primary on-site point of contact for the Client and Consultant, addressing technical queries and providing progress updates. - Develop project-specific processes for the site team to ensure strict adherence to company procedures and efficient resource allocation. - Maintain an active site-based presence to foster a proactive problem-solving environment and ensure effective interaction with all project parties. Technical Responsibilities: - Lead construction supervision activities to ensure strict adherence to design specifications, quality standards, budget, and local safety regulations. - Provide expert technical reviews across all project phases, from design development and bidding support through to final completion. - Analyze project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies; identify and resolve construction-related issues to prevent schedule delays. - Maintain rigorous QA processes and verify that all work and material procurements align with approved plans and industry standards. - Ensure all required tests and inspections are witnessed and documented in accordance with approved procedures and V3ME quality standards. - Oversee the preparation and maintenance of Change Orders, technical reports, and official correspondence. - Collaborate with management to identify and eliminate hazards, safeguarding employee health and ensuring strict environmental compliance. - Audit and validate as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and technical records to ensure a seamless handover and long-term asset integrity. Performs other responsibilities and tasks related to the job as directed by the direct manager.

Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s degree preferred). Professional Certifications: - Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification. - Certified Lead Auditor or training in Quality/HSE Management Systems. - Saudi Council of Engineers. - Valid Iqama and Transferable Iqama (if non-Saudi). Years of Experience: Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience in a related discipline. Prior experience in a consulting or supervision role on large-scale projects preferred. Job Specific Knowledge and Skills: - Knowledge of FIDIC contracts, claims management, and the legal procedures for validating Interim Payment Applications (IPAs) and Variation Orders. - Knowledge of international engineering codes, advanced site construction methodologies, and rigorous quality assurance (QA/QC) standards. - Knowledge of project risk assessment frameworks and the implementation of proactive technical and schedule mitigation strategies. - Knowledge of site team leadership principles, conflict resolution techniques, and strategic stakeholder management to ensure client satisfaction. - Knowledge of project control systems, including CPM schedule analysis, resource optimization, and budget monitoring. - Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as Aconex, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project reporting tools. Business Language Skills: English language proficiency level is Fluent Location: Residing in Saudi Arabia Availability: Immediately available
