The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our prestigious hotel in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will support in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting our hotel’s exceptional services. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to advance their career in the hospitality industry. Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet hotel revenue targets. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to enhance business growth. - Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services. - Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and inform decision-making. - Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to boost brand presence - Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. - Previous hotel experience within GCC is a must (Hotel Proactive Sales background) - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. - Highly organized with excellent time management and negotiation skills. - Fluency in English is required - Flexibility to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments
