The Role We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Coordinator to join our dynamic hotel team in Abu Dhabi. This role is pivotal in supporting HR functions to ensure smooth operations and contribute to a positive work environment within our hospitality setting. Responsibilities: - Coordinate the recruitment process including job postings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews - Arranging and performing Trainings for the operational teams - Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. - Support payroll administration and benefits management. - Communicate HR policies and procedures to staff and management. - Assist in organizing training and development programs. - Handle employee inquiries and provide timely resolutions. - Support compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry. - Strong understanding of HR practices and labor regulations. - Strong admin and organizational skills - Training and development skills - Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems. - High level of discretion and confidentiality. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
