The Role
Join our vibrant hotel team in Abu Dhabi as a Reservations Agent, where you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have a smooth and memorable booking experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our hospitality excellence by managing reservations efficiently and providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities: - Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms in a professional and timely manner. - Assist guests with inquiries, room availability, rates, and special requests to maximize occupancy and revenue. - Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and amendments in the reservation system. - Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met and any special arrangements are communicated effectively. - Follow up with guests to confirm reservations and provide additional information about the hotel facilities and services. - Resolve guest concerns related to reservations promptly and escalate issues when necessary. - Support the front desk and other operational teams during peak times or as needed.

Requirements
- Previous hotel experience within GCC is a must (preferably from Reservations or Front Office departments) - Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple bookings accurately. - Proficiency with reservation systems and MS Office applications. - Friendly, patient, and proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding guest service. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. - Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the hotel operation.
