Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Marketing Executive at a prestigious hotel in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will support the marketing department in executing innovative campaigns that enhance our brand presence and attract guests. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your marketing career in the hospitality industry within a vibrant and diverse city. Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the hotel and its services. - Coordinate with various departments to ensure brand consistency and successful campaign execution. - Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences to inform marketing decisions. - Manage social media platforms and contribute to content creation to engage target audiences. - Support the planning and execution of events and promotional activities. - Monitor and report on campaign performance and assist in budgeting and forecasting. - Build and maintain relationships with local partners, media, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry. - Strong Social media accounts handling and creativity skills - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms. - Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. - Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow professionally.
