Position Title: Senior Bartender Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: depending on experience and qualifications plus high-end accommodation, transportation, duty meals and uniform Benefits: As per UAE labor law, medical insurance, annual flight ticket Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A leading leisure operator in the UAE, managing championship courses, luxury clubhouses, and landscaped facilities. Job Description: ? Prepare and serve premium beverages while ensuring consistent quality, speed, and exceptional guest service during peak operations. ? Support the Head Bartender by supervising bartenders during shifts, coaching junior team members, and maintaining service standards. ? Ensure the bar is fully stocked, organized, and compliant with hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards throughout the shift. ? Drive guest satisfaction and beverage sales through product recommendations, upselling, and proactive customer engagement.

Requirements
Qualifications: ? Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Bartender in a high-volume hospitality, entertainment, sports, or lifestyle venue; Strong home-country experience is acceptable. ? Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary mixology, beverage costing, inventory management, and bar operations, with experience using POS systems. ? Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach teams, manage busy service periods, and consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences. ? Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills with a passion for hospitality, sales, and creating memorable guest experiences
