Position Title: Head Bartender Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: Up to 3,000 plus high-end accommodation, transportation, duty meals and uniform Benefits: As per UAE labor law, medical insurance, annual flight ticket Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A leading leisure operator in the UAE, managing championship courses, luxury clubhouses, and landscaped facilities. Job Description: ? Lead daily bar operations by ensuring exceptional beverage quality, efficient service, inventory control, and full compliance with hygiene and safety standards. ? Create, innovate, and maintain signature cocktail menus while driving beverage sales through upselling, promotions, and guest engagement. ? Supervise, train, and motivate the bar team, ensuring consistent service standards, product knowledge, and operational excellence. ? Monitor stock levels, control beverage costs, manage supplier coordination, and ensure accurate cash handling, reporting, and bar profitability

Requirements
Qualifications: ? Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Bartender, Bar Supervisor, or Senior Bartender in a high-volume hospitality, entertainment, sports, or lifestyle venue; Strong home-country experience is acceptable. ? Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary mixology, beverage costing, inventory management, and bar operations, with experience using POS systems. ? Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach teams, manage busy service periods, and consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences. ? Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills with a passion for hospitality, sales, and creating memorable guest experiences.
