1. Lead business-development and market-expansion activities across Saudi Arabia, with a primary focus on strengthening client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. 2. Develop, maintain, and enhance strategic relationships with key government entities, PIF companies, giga-project developers, public authorities, and major clients to support the Companys long-term business growth. 3. Represent the Company in meetings, business forums, industry events, and official engagements, serving as a key liaison with clients, government agencies, consultants, and strategic partners. 4. Identify upcoming projects and market opportunities, monitor industry developments and procurement plans, and provide management with timely market intelligence and strategic recommendations. 5. Support pre-marketing activities by coordinating client-engagement plans, arranging meetings, organizing presentations, and promoting the Companys capabilities and project experience. 6. Coordinate with business development, engineering, commercial, and tendering teams to support project pursuits, prequalification (PQ), expressions of interest (EOI), and tender submissions. 7. Facilitate communication and coordination between the Company and clients throughout project development, bidding, negotiation, and contract-award stages. 8. Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to strengthen the Companys market presence and competitiveness. 9. Maintain an up-to-date client-relationship database, monitor key-account activities, and develop customer-engagement strategies to improve client satisfaction and long-term cooperation. 10. Provide regular reports on market trends, competitor activities, client feedback, and business-development progress, and recommend strategies to expand the Companys presence in the Saudi market.

Requirements
Nationality Saudi national. Education Bachelors degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, Economics, Public Administration, or another related discipline. Experience At least 10 years of relevant experience in business development, client-relationship management, government affairs, or market development within the construction, infrastructure, engineering, or a related industry. Preference will be given to candidates with experience involving: • Saudi government ministries and authorities; • Public Investment Fund (PIF) portfolio companies and giga-project developers; • Major government clients and infrastructure authorities; • Leading engineering and project-management consultancies; or • International EPC contractors and major local construction companies. Age Preferably 35–55 years old. Professional Knowledge • Strong understanding of Saudi Arabias infrastructure, construction, and investment markets. • Extensive knowledge of major Saudi government entities, PIF companies, giga-project developers, and key project stakeholders. • Familiarity with public-procurement processes, tendering procedures, and Saudi Arabias regulatory framework. • A good understanding of project development, EPC contracting, and infrastructure delivery is preferred. Network and Relationship Management • A well-established professional network with Saudi government authorities, PIF-related entities, major developers, consultants, and strategic partners. • Proven ability to establish, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships at senior-management and executive levels. Language and Skills • Fluent Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills. • Strong organizational ability and commercial awareness, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
