The Role Key Responsibilities • Marketing Strategy & Brand Development • Develop and execute annual marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. • Increase brand awareness and student enrolments. • Generate qualified leads through online and offline campaigns. • Ensure consistent branding across all branches. Digital Marketing & Social Media • Manage Meta, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and Google Business. • Plan and publish engaging content and campaigns. • Manage SEO, Google Ads and Google Analytics. • Maintain the marketing content calendar. Content Creation • Design brochures, flyers, banners, presentations and promotional materials. • Coordinate photography, videography and creative assets. • Ensure all materials follow brand guidelines. Events & Community Engagement • Plan Open Days, parent events and community outreach programmes. • Support branch-specific marketing initiatives. • Develop partnerships with schools, corporates and community organisations. Performance Monitoring • Track enquiries, enrolments, campaign ROI and website traffic. • Prepare monthly reports and recommendations. • Manage the marketing budget effectively.
Requirements • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or related field. • Minimum 5 years marketing experience. • Education, childcare, hospitality or service industry experience preferred. • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics and Meta Ads. • Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite. • Excellent communication, project management and organisational skills
