The Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hemodialysis Nurse to join our healthcare team in Al Ain, UAE. In this role, you will provide specialized care to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality renal care and improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain hemodialysis equipment and supplies according to protocol. - Monitor patients vital signs and condition before, during, and after dialysis treatment. - Administer hemodialysis treatment following established procedures and guidelines. - Assess and respond to any complications or emergencies promptly during dialysis sessions. - Educate patients and their families about dialysis treatment, self-care, and lifestyle adjustments. - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation. - Collaborate with nephrologists, technicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care. - Adhere to infection control and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. - Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated on best practices in renal care.

Requirements
- Valid nursing DOH/DHA/MOH license and certification to practice in the UAE. - Minimum of 2 years experience as a Hemodialysis Nurse or in a similar renal care role. - Strong knowledge of dialysis technology, procedures, and patient care protocols. - Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members. - Compassionate and patient-focused approach to nursing care. - Willingness to work flexible hours and in shifts as required. - Fluency in English; Female Filipino preferred
