The Role This role sits with a confidential company who have a very strong presence in the Middle East, and in particular Abu Dhabi. We are looking for a Lease Administrator to step into this role and support within the retail portfolio. Review and maintain lease documentation and tenant records Track critical lease dates, including renewals, expiries, and rent reviews Liaise with tenants and internal stakeholders to support lease execution Maintain accurate lease data within Yardi Elevate Prepare leasing and portfolio performance reports Support audits, document control, and internal approval processes Work closely with finance on billing, reconciliations, and lease-related reporting
Requirements Minimum 3 years experience in retail leasing, lease administration Experience managing lease documentation within a retail or mixed-use property environment Proficiency in Yardi Elevate Strong knowledge of UAE retail leasing practices Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and stakeholder management skills If this role is of interest and you meet the requirements, please apply directly with a copy of your updated CV.
