The Role Review and validate electrical design drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for high-rise tower MEP systems. Prepare and coordinate electrical shop drawings, ensuring compliance with approved design intent, the BIM-coordinated model, and actual site conditions. Prepare and maintain As-Built drawings for electrical works, reflecting actual site execution for record and O&M handover purposes. Prepare and verify BOQ (Bill of Quantities) take-offs for electrical works from drawings, to support procurement, tendering, and evaluation of variations/change orders. Perform technical/QC reviews of electrical installations (power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, low-current, BMS interfaces) against approved design and codes. Support BIM coordination for electrical services, ensuring clash-free integration with other disciplines. Review vendor technical submittals, material approvals, and equipment datasheets. Provide technical support and guidance to site electrical engineers on complex installation issues. Ensure compliance with SEC requirements, the Saudi Building Code, NFPA, and other applicable international electrical standards. Participate in technical inspections, witness testing, and commissioning reviews. Prepare technical evaluation reports and recommendations for non-conformances
Requirements Positions Available: 2 one in Riyadh and one in Makkah Experience Required: 10+ years EnRitched Talent is supporting the delivery of two major developments in Saudi Arabia and is seeking experienced Senior Electrical Technical Engineers for opportunities in Riyadh and Makkah. We are particularly interested in candidates with strong technical electrical engineering experience gained on high-rise towers, luxury hotels, hospitality developments or major mixed-use projects. Candidate Profile The successful candidate should have: Minimum 10 years experience in Electrical Engineering within the construction sector. Strong experience delivering high-rise tower and/or hotel projects. Experience working for a major contracting company, developer, or ideally both. Strong technical knowledge of electrical building services, including LV/MV systems, power distribution, lighting, ELV and associated electrical infrastructure. Experience reviewing technical drawings, shop drawings, specifications, material submittals and method statements. Ability to coordinate electrical requirements with architectural, structural and other MEP disciplines. Experience identifying and resolving technical and constructability issues during project delivery. Strong understanding of relevant codes, standards and project specifications. Experience working on large-scale or complex construction projects. A relevant Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent qualification. Preferred Experience Candidates with experience on major Saudi Arabian or GCC projects will be particularly attractive, especially those who have worked on: High-rise towers | Luxury hotels | Hospitality | Mixed-use developments | Mega/Giga projects This is an excellent opportunity to join the delivery team on significant projects within Saudi Arabias rapidly developing construction market.
