The Role Position Title: MEP Engineer – Fit-Out & Civil Works Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 15,000 AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based design and build firm specializing in high-end residential renovations for luxury villas and private residences Job Description: -Manage end-to-end MEP, civil, fit-out, and villa renovation works, ensuring smooth execution from planning to completion. -Supervise structural works, finishing activities, swimming pool systems, irrigation, drainage, and outdoor installations. -Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams while reviewing drawings, submittals, and method statements. -Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and progress monitoring to ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and Dubai Civil Defense standards.
Requirements Qualifications: -Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 6–10 years of relevant UAE experience and a valid UAE driving licence. -Strong experience managing MEP, fit-out, civil works, luxury villa renovations, landscaping, and swimming pool projects. -Proven experience on high-end villa projects, preferably in Dubai Hills Estate, Emirates Hills, or similar luxury communities. -Solid knowledge of Dubai authority approvals (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Dubai Civil Defence), with excellent site management and team coordination skills.
