The Role We are seeking a QA/QC Engineer with hands-on experience in building construction and concrete restoration/repair projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction and restoration works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and applicable UAE/GCC requirements. Key Responsibilities Inspect and monitor concrete repair, restoration, waterproofing, and structural rehabilitation works. Conduct inspections of construction activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Prepare and maintain ITPs, method statements, checklists, inspection requests, and quality records. Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on quality-related matters. Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Monitor material approvals, testing, sampling, and compliance with project specifications. Review concrete repair materials, admixtures, waterproofing systems, and related construction materials. Conduct site inspections and ensure proper documentation of inspection and testing activities. Support preparation and closure of NCRs, MIRs, WIRs, and snag lists. Ensure compliance with project quality plans, HSE requirements, and applicable industry standards.
Requirements Requirements Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 2 years of QA/QC experience in construction. Hands-on experience in concrete repair/restoration, rehabilitation, or waterproofing is preferred/required. Experience with building construction projects is highly preferred. Good knowledge of QA/QC documentation, inspections, ITPs, NCRs, MIRs, and WIRs. UAE/GCC construction experience is an advantage. Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
