Position Title: Recreation Manager - 5* Luxury Hotel Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation & transportation Benefits: As per UAE labor law, medical Insurance, yearly ticket, company mobile Job Location: Abu Dhabi About the Client: A 5-star luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi that embodies a perfect blend of heritage, modern luxury, and exceptional service. Job Description: - Oversee daily operations of all recreation facilities (pool, beach, gym, kids club, sports areas), ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance. - Lead, train, schedule, and supervise the recreation team while planning and coordinating activities, events, and guest engagement programs. - Ensure compliance with safety procedures, lifeguard standards, emergency protocols, hotel policies, and local regulations. - Monitor guest satisfaction, handle feedback or complaints, manage equipment inventory, and coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.

Requirements
Qualifications: - Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recreation management, sports, or leisure operations within 4–5 star hotels or resorts. - Strong leadership, organizational, and guest service skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team. - Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. - Physically fit and able to oversee multiple facilities and activities simultaneously
