The Role This opportunity is with a well renowned Engineering & Construction company based in Dubai, UAE. As a Recruitment Specialist, you would be responsible for screening, interviewing and placing candidates, as well as keeping up to date on company’s manpower needs. You will also be responsible for the monitoring and improvement of the recruitment process in the organization, Analyzes the recruitment process performance, prepares the recruitment dashboards, identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them and keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates in the construction industry. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with candidates. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, job fairs, and use of various recruitment platforms. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process. - Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports to track hiring metrics and improve recruitment strategies.
Requirements To be successful you would ideally possess 3-5 years of experience within Recruitment, ideally within the construction, engineering, or related industries. - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - recruitment, - Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws in the UAE. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and internal teams effectively. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. - Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
