The Role Position Title: Senior Chocolatier Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 6,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation & Overtime pay Job Location: Dubai, UAE Job Description: Prepare and produce premium chocolate products, including pralines, truffles, bars, fillings, and seasonal items, following established recipes and quality standards. Perform chocolate production processes such as tempering, molding, enrobing, decoration, and packaging while maintaining consistency and product quality. Maintain cleanliness, organize workstations, and ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards throughout production. Assist with inventory monitoring, ingredient preparation, and support new product trials under the guidance of the Head Chocolatier or Production Manager.
Requirements About the Client: A Dubai-based premium confectionery company specializing in artisan chocolates, handcrafted desserts, and luxury gifting solutions. Qualifications: Males, 45 years old and below 4–8 years of relevant experience in the same role, combining home-country and UAE experience. Strong expertise in chocolate production techniques (tempering, molding, enrobing, panning, fillings, ganache, and decoration), with proven leadership and effective English communication skills. Must have portfolio;Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards is an advantage.
