The Role Role : NOC Coordinator Location: UAE (Onsite) Job Description: We are seeking a NOC Coordinator with experience in the UAE construction industry to manage and obtain No Objection Certificates (NOCs) and statutory approvals for construction projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate with government authorities, municipalities, and utility providers to ensure timely approvals and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: • Obtain NOCs and approvals from government authorities, municipalities, and regulatory bodies. • Coordinate with authorities such as RTA, municipalities, DEWA/utility providers, and other relevant entities for document submissions and approvals. • Prepare, submit, and track applications, permits, and supporting documentation. • Liaise with internal project teams to ensure compliance with authority requirements and project timelines. • Follow up on pending approvals and maintain accurate records of all submissions and permits.
Requirements • 2–5 years of experience as an NOC Coordinator, preferably in the UAE construction industry. • Strong knowledge of UAE authority approval processes and regulatory requirements. • Experience dealing with RTA, municipalities, utility providers, and other government entities. • Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
