Corporate M&A Lawyer - 2/4 years exp - US International Law Firm We are seeking a skilled Corporate M&A Lawyer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our prestigious US international law firm in Riyadh. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile mergers and acquisitions across the region, providing expert legal advice and innovative solutions to our diverse clientele. Responsibilities: - Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating M&A transaction documents including purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and ancillary contracts. - Conducting due diligence and coordinating cross-border legal aspects of transactions. - Advising clients on the regulatory and legal frameworks relevant to corporate and commercial transactions in Saudi Arabia and internationally. - Collaborating with internal teams and external advisers to ensure smooth transaction execution. - Staying updated on developments in corporate and M&A law applicable to the region to provide proactive and compliant advice. - Managing multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of work quality.

Requirements
- Licensed lawyer with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions. - Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian corporate law and international M&A regulations. - Experience working within or with international law firms, especially US-based firms, is highly desirable. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multinational team. - Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in English; familiarity with Arabic is a plus. - Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing complex transactions under tight deadlines. - A degree in Law from a recognized institution and membership in a relevant bar association. - MUST be fully fluent in both Arabic and English
