The Role Position Title: Head Pastry Chef Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 7,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accomodation Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based premium confectionery company specializing in artisan chocolates, handcrafted desserts, and luxury gifting solutions - Create and refine premium pastries, desserts, and chocolate products, and specialty items from scratch. - Scale recipes for large production while maintaining consistency in quality, taste, texture, presentation, and portion control. - Manage pastry operations, including workflow, inventory, ordering, cost control, and HACCP food safety standards. - Train pastry team members and collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and special dessert projects
Requirements - Male, 45 years old or below, with a minimum of 4 years experience in the same role (combined home country and UAE experience accepted) - Skilled in producing premium pastries, desserts, and handcrafted chocolate products from scratch - Must submit a portfolio showcasing high-quality pastry, dessert, and chocolate creations - HACCP Level 3 Certification is required
