The Role This is a hands-on Oracle Fusion role for someone who personally configures, builds, integrates and supports enterprise applications. It is not suitable for candidates whose recent experience has been primarily project management, vendor management or functional consulting. You will be the single technical owner of the Oracle Fusion estate, leading solution design and delivery across Financials while taking ownership of HCM, Payroll and EPM applications. Client Details Our client is a successful retail organisation undertaking a significant finance technology transformation. The business is investing heavily in automation, AI-enabled development and modern enterprise systems Description * Own the complete Oracle Fusion landscape, including Financials, HCM, Payroll and EPM. * Personally configure Fusion Financials, including workflows, security, flexfields, reporting and integrations. * Build and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST, SOAP and file-based interfaces. * Deliver automation solutions and develop applications using low-code and bespoke technologies where appropriate. * Act as the technical authority for Finance systems, ensuring robust governance, controls and supportability Job Offer * Ownership of a business-critical Oracle Fusion platform. * Significant influence over automation, AI adoption and system strategy
Requirements * 5-10 years of enterprise applications experience with evidence of personally building and supporting production solutions. We are not looking for programme managers, PMOs or ERP advisers. * Minimum 3 years of recent, hands-on Oracle Fusion Financials experience covering configuration, integration and reporting. Functional consulting experience alone is not sufficient. * Strong technical experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST APIs, SOAP services, data migration, security and reporting. * At least one Oracle Fusion implementation or major upgrade completed through testing, cutover and post-go-live support.
