This role will oversee the development of modern access management frameworks and strengthen cyber resilience across a complex, large-scale digital environment. Requirements * UAE National with Family Book (mandatory). * Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, Network Engineering, or related discipline. * Minimum 9 years of experience in cybersecurity, identity and access management, digital security, or related management roles. * Proven experience overseeing enterprise-scale cybersecurity programmes and governance frameworks. * Strong expertise in IAM technologies, authentication platforms, access governance, and network security controls. * CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent professional certifications are highly desirable.
