The Role Position Title: IT Applications & Governance Lead Employment Type: Full Time Salary: Up to 12,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus competitive family benefits Benefits: Duty meals, annual education & airline ticket allowance, medical insurance, and family visa sponsorship Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: The UAEs premier hospitality management organization, overseeing some of the regions most iconic golf clubs and lifestyle destinations. Job Description: Manage end-to-end application projects, including requirements gathering, RFP preparation, solution design, UAT, implementation, go-live, and transition to support, ensuring successful digital transformation initiatives. Coordinate with software vendors, system integrators, and managed service providers to ensure quality delivery, SLA compliance, effective release management, and optimal application performance. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and internal IT teams to translate business requirements into technology solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Establish and maintain IT governance standards by supporting audits, monitoring compliance, managing IT risks, overseeing change management, and tracking IT performance. Support enterprise applications, system integrations, APIs, data flows, testing, documentation, and continuous enhancements to ensure alignment with the organizations digital transformation roadmap.
Requirements Qualifications: 30 years old and below 610 years of experience managing enterprise IT applications and delivering end-to-end implementation projects within large or multi-site organizations, with a Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, POS, HRMS, Finance, Loyalty, or Guest Management Systems, including system integrations, APIs, IT governance, digital transformation, and stakeholder management; familiarity with Azure/AWS, SQL, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, Agile/Waterfall/ITIL is preferred. Proven experience managing software vendors, system integrators, and managed service providers, ensuring SLA compliance; PMP or ITIL certification is an advantage.
