The Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team in the UAEs dynamic construction sector. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to support our growing projects and organizational goals. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates in the construction industry. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with candidates. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, job fairs, and use of various recruitment platforms. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process. - Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports to track hiring metrics and improve recruitment strategies.
Requirements - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience (preferably 2+ years) in recruitment, ideally within the construction or related industries. - Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws in the UAE. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and internal teams effectively. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. - Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
